The heart of RISE Music Festival remains the same — inspiring music, authentic connection, and a vibrant creative atmosphere where diverse artists, families, and fans can experience delicious food options, support local art vendors, engage in exciting artist showcases, and enjoy panel discussions for creators and innovators.
More than just a festival, RISE is a movement. Every element is designed to celebrate creativity, uplift the community, and create opportunities for emerging artists to shine on a meaningful platform.
Even more exciting, all proceeds from the RISE Music Festival go directly back into funding The RISE Movement’s programs, helping us continue to invest in youth, creatives, and community initiatives year-round.

Where is the festival located?
Vibes Event Center at 1211 E. Houston St, San Antonio, TX 78205
Gates will open at 1:00pm.
Are tickets required for entry?
Yes. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Also, re-entry is allowed during the festival
All bags are subject to inspection: clear bags under 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are allowed; small clutch bags 4.5″ x 6.5″ or smaller do not need to be clear, necessary diaper bags and medical bags are permitted.
Can I purchase tickets the day of the event?
Yes. Tickets will be available at the door on a first come first serve basis. Please be aware that there will not be discounts at the door.
What are the different ticket ptions (General Admission, VIP, etc.)?
- GA Ticket – $35: Entry into the festival where you can enjoy all of the concerts, food trucks, vendor market, and our panels for creators and innovators. *Vendors and food trucks will be selling items.
- VIP Ticket – $75: Access to everything in GA plus access to an artist meet & greet, VIP seating, front of stage access, and front of line entry at the gate. *Please note that VIP is the only seating option available in the concert venue.
Seating during the concert is only available with a VIP ticket.
Seating will also be provided during our artist showcases and panels.
What are the transportation and parking options?
There are various paid lots within walking distance of the venue.
Rideshare is encouraged if you get nervous about downtown traffic.
Are there any discounts for groups?
Yes, we have a group rate of 20% off of ticket purchases when purchasing 10+ tickets. (Will not apply for VIP tickets) Use Code: Friends20
Yes. There will be food vendors, art vendors, and merch available for purchase. Most vendors will accept cards, but some will accept cash. We suggest that you bring both.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Venue policy is no outside food or beverages. Food and drinks are available for purchase during the festival.
